1. SMS Verification and Notifications Consent
By creating an account, you consent to receive SMS messages from D'Fi for account verification, login security, password/PIN recovery, transaction alerts, and service notifications. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
2. Non-Custodial Wallet Disclosure
D'Fi provides non-custodial BTC and ETH wallets assigned at signup. D'Fi does not store, manage, or control your private keys, seed phrases, wallet recovery secrets, or any funds held in those wallets. You are solely responsible for storing this information securely and keeping it accessible.
3. User Responsibility for Wallet Access
If you lose your phone, uninstall the app, switch devices, or otherwise lose access to your current device, you must use your recovery details to restore access to your wallets and funds. You are responsible for keeping track of your recovery phrases, backup files, and any other access credentials.
4. Limitation of Responsibility
D'Fi does not have access to your decentralized wallets and cannot recover, reset, or restore access to them if private keys, seed phrases, backup files, or recovery credentials are lost, deleted, forgotten, or compromised. If access is lost, D'Fi cannot help you regain access to the funds in those wallets.

Continuing registration confirms that you understand and agree to these terms.
